No Boundaries is a beginner 5K training program
- Designed for people who are currently inactive or new to running and walking.
- All levels of walkers and runners are welcome.
- The program is structured to help you cross the finish line in just 12 weeks!
This nationally organized and recognized program is sponsored by New Balance and offered at Fleet Feet Sports stores across the country. Thousands of runners and walkers across the country have trained to complete their first 5K through No Boundaries! Along the way, we’ll provide you with motivation to keep you moving, weekly group training runs or walks, and educational clinics.

UPCOMING TRAINING PROGRAM
Orientation: Wed, July 16th at 6:45 pm at Fleet Feet Sports
Program Start Date: Tuesday, July 22nd
Last Day to Sign Up: Saturday, July 26th
Race: Ray Tanner Home Run 5K (Sat, October 25th)
Program Fees: $100 through July 19th / $110 after July 19th
Training: All training programs will meet weekly. Times and dates will be discussed at the program orientation. Date and times are subject to change.
Locations: All training locations will be announced at a later date.
