This is a 12 week program designed to train you to complete a Half Marathon in May. We will be training specifically for the Lexington Medical Center Half Marathon on May 20, 2017, but you are free to chose another race.
Our Training Programs meet three times a week; Tuesday and Thursday nights at 6:30pm and Saturday mornings at 7:00am. The locations vary and the workouts will be available to everyone who is part of the group. We have experienced coaches to help you meet your goals, we will help with injury prevention and concerns, we can increase your speed and distance, and you can even get great vendor discounts and even some free stuff!
