Join Fleet Feet Columbia Training programs this winter and participate in either the Columbia Run Hard Marathon events or travel with us to sunny Myrtle Beach for the Myrtle Beach Marathon weekend. Both events include a 5K, Half Marathon, and a Marathon relay, so there is something for everyone!
 
Not sure what a Marathon relay is like? Here are the segments for Columbia and Myrtle Beach. Columbia Marathon Relay teams are comprised of up to 4 members. The legs of the relay include 5 mile, 8.1 mile, 5 mile and 8.1 mile in that order to total 26.2 miles.
 
Join our 10K program and be well prepared for one of the 5 mile legs of this event. Then recruit 3 other friends or family members who can go the distance for the other segments. This course provides challenging hills.
 
If a flat course is more your style, join us in Myrtle Beach for the 20th anniversary of the Myrtle Beach Marathon weekend. You can participate in the Friday night 5k, or the Saturday morning half marathon or marathon relay. These relay teams are comprised of up to 5 runners and the segments include 4 miles, 6 miles, 6 miles, 4 miles and 6.2 in that order to total 26.2 miles. Register for our 5k program and be prepared for one of the 4 miles segments and our 10k program will prepare you for the 6 miles segments. It’s a fun way to be involved with and complete a marathon! Join up with teammates afterwards at a fun post race party!
If you are ready to conquer the half marathon distance join our training program and safely work your way up to 13.1 miles. Columbia and Myrtle Beach offer fun, but very different half marathon courses. Whether you want to run in your hometown or participate in a destination event, both are great options.
