Whether you're just starting out, looking for that new Personal Record, or simply want to stay in shape, we have the perfect training program for you. Combined, they have a vast knowledge of how your body responds to training, which helps them plan training schedules more effectively for all levels. Our training includes not only knowledgeable coaches and mentors, but also weekly information on safety, hydration, nutrition, injury prevention, and general health and wellness. When you train with Fleet Feet Sports you become part of our family and you're looked after by people who are truly invested in your success, safety and enjoyment. Our approach to training is special to us and we think you'll appreciate it too. At each training event, we will have Fleet Feet Columbia staff member on hand to answer any questions you have, to assist you with any concerns you experience, and to provide you with necessary Trigger Point exercises and stretching techniques.
