Our Training Programs are amazing!  We take pride in helping others reach their goals through fun, organized, and professionally coached training programs. Whether you're just starting out, looking for that new Personal Record, or simply want to stay in shape, we have the perfect training program for you. Check out our training programs led by our fantastic coaches. Combined, they have a vast knowledge of how your body responds to training, which helps them plan training schedules more effectively for all levels. Our training includes not only knowledgeable coaches and mentors, but also weekly information on safety, hydration, nutrition, injury prevention, and general health and wellness.  When you train with Fleet Feet Sports you become part of our family and you're looked after by people who are truly invested in your success, safety and enjoyment.  Our approach to training is special to us and we think you'll appreciate it too. At each training event, we will have Fleet Feet Columbia staff member on hand to answer any questions you have, to assist you with any concerns you experience, and to provide you with necessary Trigger Point exercises and stretching techniques.

Fall Trail 10k/Half Marathon Training Programs More Info »

Program Start: August 29th, 2017
Program Schedule: Tuesday evenings, 6:30PM, Thursday evenings 6:30PM, Saturday Mornings, 7:00AM
Goal Race: Rudolph Rampage Trail 10k or Half Marathon December 2nd, 2017
Program Fee: $100. (Excluding race fees)
Description: Are you interested in taking your shoes to the trails? Great new! Fleet Feet Sports Columbia has decided to add a beginner trail training program! This training group is designed to help run/walkers successfully complete the Rudolph Rampage 10k (6.2miles or Half Marathon (13.1 miles) at Harbison State Forest. This 14 week program will safely train beginner trail runners, or help experienced runners improve upon their previous race time. Rudolph Rampage is our target race but you are welcome to choose a different race or run/walk with us for accountability. Along the way, we’ll provide you with motivation to keep you moving by providing guidance and advice. The program includes: weekly group training run/walks, weekly newsletters with training tips, educational clinics on topics such as proper nutrition, choosing the right gear, and avoiding injury.
