Whether you're just starting out, looking for that new Personal Record, or simply want to stay in shape, we have the perfect training program for you. Check out our training programs led by our fantastic coaches Gena, Laura, Libby, Matt, and Anthony. Combined, they have a vast knowledge of how your body responds to training, which helps them plan training schedules more effectively for all levels. Our training includes not only knowledgeable coaches and mentors, but also weekly information on safety, hydration, nutrition, injury prevention, and general health and wellness. At each training event, we will have Fleet Feet Columbia staff member on hand to answer any questions you have, to assist you with any concerns you experience, and to provide you with necessary Trigger Point exercises and stretching techniques.
